As a company that has developed in the field of button battery for more than 15 years, we have been committed to providing customers with high-quality button batteries and their welding processing services. Among them, as a new type of battery connection method, the buttons welding lines are favored by many customers with their high reliability, flexible connection methods and extensive application areas.
Our battery factory was founded in 2010 with over 15 years of industry experience. The facility spans 23,040 square meters and houses more than 200 workers. We mainly focus on high-quality button cells, dry batteries, and customized solutions. The factory is certified with ISO9001 and ISO14001, providing robust support for OEM and ODM operations.
Equipped with 17 sets of stamping equipment, 17 sets of injection molding machines, 21 assembling production lines, 5 sets of electro-discharge equipment, 10 sets of aging equipment, 3 sets of electrical performance testing systems, and 4 specialized inspection lines. This advanced machinery ensures a daily production capacity exceeding 1,300,000 pieces with strict quality assurance.
The Finished Warehouse is always kept at a suitable, regulated temperature and dry conditions to protect and preserve the shelf life and performance of the button cells.
We host an in-house R&D team consisting of more than 8 specialized engineers developing new products. On average, we develop 3 to 4 new products and secure multiple invention patents each year.
We have separate, bright display rooms with more than 100 types of batteries and configurations presented for customer review.
Our company has obtained a wide variety of certifications. All products are fully qualified under internationally recognized systems, including: ISO, SGS, REACH, CE, EU, ROHS, UN38.3, and MSDS.
We consistently showcase our latest technology at major global trade fairs every year, including the Hong Kong Electronics Fair, Canton Fair, Bluetooth Headphone Exhibitions, and other industry-leading venues.
