What kind of package is used for the cells?
They will come well packaged: each cell is placed into thick PE foam or a bag, and then packed into 5-layer strong cartons.

Usually, we accept online trade assurance orders. For RTS (Ready to Ship) products, if there is a clear shipping cost or free shipping to your country, you can place the order and pay directly. Does the battery include bus bars and bolts?
Yes, the price includes bus bars and bolts. One battery will come with a set of bus bars and bolts (for example, if you buy 4 batteries, we will send 4 battery cells with 4 bus bars and 8 bolts). If you need more information, please contact us online.

Important Reminder
DIY battery packs must have the cells balanced (same voltage) before assembly. Refunds are not accepted if issues arise due to improper assembly. Professionals inspect voltage, resistance, and appearance before shipping. We ensure individual cell performance upon arrival. You can test the cells within 15 days of arrival; after this period, batteries are considered acceptable and returns or refunds will not be provided. Returns are only accepted if the battery is unused (electrodes intact, no welding, no wear, and appearance is good). Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

1. Warranty Period:
5 years (from successful delivery). If a single battery's capacity drops below 80% of its initial capacity, please send us test pictures or videos, and we will replace it or provide a satisfactory solution.

2. Shipping Damage/Loss:
Please contact us first, and send pictures or videos for verification. In the event of lost cargo or damage preventing use, we will coordinate with the buyer for a reshipment, replacement, or refund. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs if cells are returned to the seller.

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Situations:
• A. Issues occurring after or during assembly (e.g., protection board connected incorrectly causing battery damage, charger failure, assembly errors, or unbalanced assembly).
• B. Damage caused by lack of a BMS (protection board) during charging, leading to cell swelling or damage from welding.

* These products are prototype batteries without a protection board; you will need to purchase a matching BMS.
