Do the batteries come with busbars and bolts?
The price comes with Bus bars and Bolts. One Battery will come with one set bus bar and bolt (e.g., If buy 4pcs battery, we will send 4pcs cells with 4pcs busbars and 8pcs bolts).
Do you test each battery PRIOR to shipping?
We will test all the battery Voltage and Internal resistance before shipping.
What kind of package is used for the cells?
Packed with strong packaging: each cell into thick PE foam or bag, then into a 5-layer strong carton.
What is delivery time if we place an order?
It depends on order quantities. Usually, we can deliver goods within 1-2 working days for small orders. For mass orders, we will confirm delivery time upon inquiry.
Why are there received scuff marks on LiFePO4 Prismatic cells?
Scuff marks are normal due to the factory QC inspecting cells multiple times. A few minor scuff marks can happen during various inspections when all batteries are grouped together for QC checks at our warehouse. All prismatic cells are built with Laser Welded studs, and we verify each cell's Voltage and Internal resistance to guarantee the battery cells are fully matched and batched before shipment.
