DIY battery packs must get the cells balanced (same voltage) before assembly. Later if there happens to be an issue and you do not know how to assemble or a wrong assembly occurs, a refund is not accepted. Professionals detect voltage, resistance, appearance, and other parameters before every shipment. We ensure that the single battery is in good condition. Upon arrival, you can test the cells within 15 days; after that period, it indicates the batteries have no issues. We do not provide return or refund after the test period. Returned batteries must be unused (electrodes intact, no welding, no wear, and appearance in good condition) with the buyer being responsible for the shipping fee.

Please contact us first, then send us a picture or video to check. In case of lost cargo or if the battery is damaged and cannot be used, or presents a greater risk during use, we will coordinate with the buyer to resend, replace, or refund the product cost. If the buyer sends back the cells to the seller, the buyer should cover the shipping cost.

Yes, we conduct strict testing. The capacity test features less than a 2% margin of error and meets or exceeds the nominal capacity. The voltage deviation is less than 0.01V, and the resistance deviation is less than 0.05mΩ.

Yes, the cells come with busbars and bolts or studs for free. Each single battery comes with 1 piece busbar and 2 pieces bolts or studs. If you require more or specialized fittings, please contact us.

We do not provide returns or refunds in the following situations:
1) If any problem occurs during or after the assembly process (e.g., protection board connected to the wrong wire leading to battery damage, charger failure, assembly error, or unbalanced assembly).
2) For damage caused by external factors, such as battery bulging/welding, or charging a battery pack without a protective BMS.

For RTS (Ready to Ship) products, if there is a clear shipping cost or free shipping options to your country, you can place the order and pay directly after reading the details. Alternatively, you can provide your shipping information to our sales team, and they will create an online order for you.
